Master Plan
The construction of the development commenced in December 2006. Completion is scheduled for the end of September 2008.
Residents and guests will have exclusive use of the facilities which include; a large lagoon styled swimming pool with in- pool Jacuzzi, a Clubhouse with gymnasium and aerobics, coffee shop, lounge, restaurant with upper level dinning, bar, reception and the garden areas which will be tropically landscaped.. There will be 24 hour security and underground parking to ensure a tranquil environment.
